At Zenith & Sage we stand behind the quality of every product we carry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we want to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return please email info@zenithandsage.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zenithandsage.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened supplements and skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If you have concerns about a product please contact us before opening.
